Q: How long will it take to get my glasses?

A: For non-prescription: Please allow 2 days to process your order. Domestic delivery is between 4-5 business days and up to 20 days for international. 

For prescription eyewear: Please allow 14 business days to process and customize your eyewear. Domestic delivery is between 4-5 business days and up to 20 days for international. 

Q: Can you put my prescription lenses into the frames?

A: Yes! We offer single vision lenses only. No bifocals or progressives at this time.

Q: Can you process an expired prescription?

A: No. We are unable to process expired prescriptions.

Q: What is your return policy for customized prescription eyewear? 

A: All prescription glasses are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving for STORE CREDIT ONLY. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return eyewear.

Q: Are the colors of the frame the same as online?

A: For the most part, yes. Please note that the color and pattern may vary with multicolored, tortoise or wooden style frames.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code at checkout

A: No, only one discount is allowed.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Please click here for full policy. An email must be sent to within 7 days of receiving the product. ShopEOM does not cover return shipping cost.  

Q: What if I don’t like the color of the frame after I receive it?

A: ShopEOM only approves refunds for faulty frames. We do not exchange frames for a different color after the item is received. Please be sure you like the color before purchasing.
